Matt Nichols has over 25 years of combined and decorated service in civilian law enforcement, military law enforcement, security, anti-terrorism and fire fighting. Not only does Matt provide quality services for a safer tomorrow but he has also done the job, gaining an extensive insight to provide the best and most current solutions and training possible for you. Matt has over 3,250 hours of training in the aforementioned career fields. Matt strives for perfection in all aspects of the services his company provides. Matt continually surrounds himself with experts within the disciplines of the services his company provides in order to stay abreast of current trends and to make sure his company is offering top notch services. Matt's passion for educating people in regards to public safety and awareness; detecting, deterring and defending against violent crime and developing better generations in society for the future are clearly noticeable during his instruction, assessments and presentations. Matt also maintains a very passionate determination for making schools safer and educating the youth to produce leaders for tomorrow's world which is obvious by his over 12 years experience as a school resource officer. Mat has a strong sense of mitigating acts of violence which is displayed in his role as a Behavioral Threat Assessment Team Member, Manager and Instructor. Matt has experience in helping to coordinate and/or taking part in large security events such as the Republican National Convention, Democratic National Convention, Street Car events, Parades, Holiday Events, NASCAR races and NHRA races.
